What happens if I decide not to purchase the home?
- The program is intended for tenants to purchase the home at the end of the rental term, however, tenants are not obligated to purchase the home. If they choose not to buy, they can continue renting or explore other housing options, but depending on the circumstances, they run the risk of forfeiting their non-refundable initial deposit and any rent credit that they accumulated over the rental period.
